Sumotori Japan has received official DX Certification (DX認定制度) from Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI). This government program recognizes companies that systematically develop digital technologies, automate business processes, and make digital transformation an integral part of their long-term business strategy.
As of October 1, 2026, Sumotori Japan has been officially included in Japan’s national registry of DX-certified companies, maintained by the Information-technology Promotion Agency (IPA).

Sumotori Japan now stands alongside these technology giants in the same official government registry, having demonstrated that its digital transformation strategy meets Japan’s established national standards.
While DX Certification is not a ranking of technology companies, government recognition highlights Sumotori Japan’s systematic approach to digital development, regardless of business size.
For us, this is not the culmination of our digital transformation, but a confirmation of the direction we have chosen.
